Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized home care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs in the Camden County area. This role offers float pool flexibility with schedule predictability and guaranteed weekly pay.

You will deliver care across high-acuity pediatric cases, assist with hospital-to-home transitions, train nurses, and cover critical openings. A NJ RN license and pediatric experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in NJ.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical pediatric experience required.
• Hands-on experience with high-acuity interventions (Ventilator, Tracheostomy, G-Tube/NG-Tube).
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions (e.g., tracheostomy care, ventilator management, enteral feeding, and central line care).
• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Float within a designated geographic territory to cover high-acuity patient cases, planned leave, or care transitions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with families, primary care teams, and pediatric clinical supervisors to ensure continuity of care.

Guaranteed Hours & Schedule Terms

• Predictable Hours with a set schedule.
• Advance Notice to maintain work-life balance.
• Protected Compensation: If a scheduled client cancels or has a shift reduction, your pay remains intact while you remain available for alternative clinical reassignments.
