Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, family-centered pediatric care using established nursing process steps. You will collaborate with patients and families along with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising and delegating tasks to nursing support staff per policy and maintaining BLS/PEARS/PALS prerequisites. A BSN is preferred and WA RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Pediatric health care experience may be required for specific departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, family-centered patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and health care team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Nurse Technicians, LPNs, CNAs as defined by state regulations.
