Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure with a state license
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience
• ADN required or BSN preferred
• No substitution of experience for degree

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions
• Record vital signs and patient information
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate care
• Modify treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions
