Mass General Brigham is seeking a registered nurse for Pediatric Primary Care at our Boston locations. The position is ambulatory, part-time (26 hours/week) with shifts split between two sites, including weekends/holidays rotation for Pedi Urgent Care.

Location flexibility between Charlestown Health Center and 165 Cambridge Street is required. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient- and family-centered care, collaboration with the care team, and ongoing clinical development in a busy

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• RN license required.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide competent nursing care based on nursing process and guidelines.
• Coordinate care with patient, family, and health team members.
• Document patient information and outcomes in medical records.
• Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed; monitor for reactions.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in team education.
• Work across two clinic sites with location flexibility between Charlestown Health Center and 165 Cambridge Street.
