Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Kempner, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide pediatric private-duty nursing on Thursdays through Saturdays, 7 AM–5 PM, in patients’ homes. You will assess needs, administer medications, and coordinate with families and clinicians to ensure comfort and safety.

This role offers flexible scheduling options within a supportive team, with training and 24/7 local clinical support. Current RN license, CPRHands-on, and reliable transportation are required.

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test validated within the last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
