Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington state or MLS endorsement (if applicable).
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP as required by department.
• Specialty certification preferred.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care per the nursing process with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care honoring diverse backgrounds.
