Job summary

Care Options For Kids is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily supervision of nurses and home health aides, ensuring the planned care stays on track.

Based in McCandless Township with a hybrid in-office setting, you will coordinate admissions, review clinical content, mentor staff, and work with EMR to maintain accurate charts while upholding privacy and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Active and current RN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Minimum of 3 years as a registered nurse (RN).
• 1+ year experience in home health care or equivalent.
• Knowledge of pediatric care including trach, vent, and g-tube.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily supervision of nurses and home health aides to ensure quality of service within the plan of care.
• Review clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications, and client statuses from records.
• Mentor staff, conduct training, and assist in orientation of new professional staff.
• Coordinate initial intake screening, assess client needs, and assign direct care staff.
• Maintain EMR charts and ensure compliance with policies.
