Care Options For Kids in McCandless Township, PA, seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor to coordinate and oversee home health services in a hybrid in-office role. You will supervise nurses and aides, review records, and ensure high-quality pediatric care.

The position focuses on EMR chart audits, staff development, and ensuring compliance with plans of care while maintaining client confidentiality and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and current RN licensed in Pennsylvania with ≥3 years of RN experience.
• At least 1 year of home health care or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of pediatric care, including trach, vent, g-tube.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Experience with EMR and related software; able to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of nurses and home health aides.
• Review clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, and medications from client records.
• Evaluate staff performance with the director of nursing and coaching.
• Assess client needs and determine appropriateness of home care.
• Orient new staff to policies and procedures.
• Conduct client visits in appropriate settings.
• Perform in-home supervisory visits of clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical and personnel records.
• Coordinate with the EMR to ensure charts are up-to-date and compliant.
• Lead EMR training and chart audits.
