Qualifikationen

• Must be a registered nurse with PA license and an associate degree at minimum.
• Minimum 3 years as a RN with at least 1 year in home health care and 1 year supervising staff.
• Must meet federal, state and local contract and program requirements.

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing and other clinical services.
• Manage client and customer relationships through excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with executive staff to align patient care with organizational goals.
