The role requires PA RN license, 3+ years RN experience, pediatric care knowledge, and a hybrid in-office work arrangement with comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401(k). Compensation ranges $78,000-$82,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Active and current RN license in Pennsylvania with at least three years of RN experience.
• 1+ year of home health care experience required.
• Knowledge of pediatric care (trach, vent, g-tube) preferred.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily supervision of nurses and home health aides to ensure quality of service within the plan of care.
• Reviews clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications from client records.
• Appraises staff performance and provides coaching to improve care delivery.
• Identifies client needs by reviewing intake forms before direct care assignment.
• Coordinates orientation of new staff and conducts EMR-related training.
