Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, precepting, or mentoring preferred but not required.
• Clinical instructors must follow BRN regulations and institutional policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct ADN students during pediatric clinical rotations.
• Provide safe, evidence-based, developmentally appropriate care guidance.
• Evaluate student performance with direct observation and skills check-offs.
• Coordinate with clinical site staff and communicate daily objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress.
