Pacific College seeks an ADN-RN Program, Full-Time Lead Nursing Instructor for Pediatrics. The role involves delivering didactic and clinical instruction, shaping the curriculum, and mentoring adjunct faculty to ensure student success.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license in California, a bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing (master’s preferred), and recent direct patient care or teaching experience. On-campus presence is required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license issued by the California BRN.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Direct patient care experience within the last five years in the designated nursing area or equivalent teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach and evaluate students in didactic and clinical nursing courses.
• Design and revise curriculum to meet learning outcomes.
• Lead course teams, mentor adjunct instructors, and manage grading.
• Ensure compliance with BRN and college policies.
• Maintain on-campus presence and participate in governance meetings.
• Provide office hours and support student success.
