These 1:1 private duty cases allow you to deliver focused, developmentally appropriate care to children in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Preferred 1 year pediatric home care or facility experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical examination within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of MMR vaccination within 10 years.
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pediatric care in the child’s home.
• Monitor clinical status and document changes in condition.
• Collaborate with families to promote comfort and stability.
• Maintain home safety and infection control practices.

Skills

Active NJ RN license

Pediatric home care experience

BLS Certification

Authorized to work in the U.S.

What You'll Do

• Individualized pediatric care - Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child

• Monitor clinical status - Assess, document, and respond to changes in condition

• Family-centered support - Collaborate with families to promote comfort and stability

• Home safety - Maintain infection control and proper equipment use

Pay Rate

RN: $45/hr

Available Shifts

• Day shifts

• Evening shifts

• Overnight shifts

What You Bring
