Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 in-home pediatric care in the Trenton, NJ area. You will work day, evening, and overnight shifts across multiple private-duty cases, delivering individualized, developmentally appropriate nursing in the child’s home.

Responsibilities include monitoring clinical status, documenting changes, and collaborating with families to ensure comfort and stability.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or facility)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption

Responsibilities

• Individualized pediatric care: Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child

What You'll Do
