Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago seeks a pre-award administrator to manage federal, industry and foundation sponsored research proposals. You will support budget development, timelines, and compliance with OSP policies while coordinating sub-awards and progress reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in research award administration, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple investigators and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of research award administration required.
• Experience with computer-based proposal management systems, databases and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Assist principal investigators in preparing applications for funding, including budget development and timelines.
• Coordinate with OSP to facilitate award negotiations and sub-award/subcontract documentation.
• Manage all pending proposals, progress reports and deliverables within sponsor deadlines.
• Provide training on external funding sources and reporting requirements.
