Qualifications

• Provides routine, non skilled patient treatments as prescribed by the physician and directed by the licensed therapist or therapist assistant.
• Assists in maintaining inventory of supplies, forms and organizing the clinical environment for safe and effective patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assists the therapist by performing non-skilled activities that are critical to a patient's treatment.
• Transports patients safely and in a timely fashion.
• Inputs rehab charges, prepares charts, charge sheets and other documentation required for treatment, and creates, complies, maintains and organizes patient handouts and other departmental reports.
