Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a leader to manage daily and strategic operations for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology, supervising staff in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will serve as a liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments as you partner with physician leaders to plan, develop, market and evaluate all aspects of the department.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with a Master’s preferred, and 2+ years of supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Requires well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective leadership.
• Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with medical staff and administration to facilitate program goals.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider required.
