Job summary

The organization seeks a leader to manage the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

In partnership with physician leaders, this role will guide planning, development, marketing and evaluation of the department to support the mission and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Two+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced analytical, decision-making and conflict resolution skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead effectively.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and strategic operations of PT/OT/SLP services in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Serve as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments.
• Partner with physician leaders to plan, develop, market and evaluate the department.
• Identify and pursue opportunities and ventures to support Ambulatory Services.
