Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a leader to manage the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will supervise personnel and serve as a liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments.

In partnership with physician leaders, you will take a leadership role in planning, developing, marketing and evaluating all aspects of the department to support the program's mission and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Requires well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective leadership.
• Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with medical staff and administration to facilitate program goals.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required.
• Provides care appropriate to patient population and as described in applicable policies and procedures.
