Job summary

Children’s Minnesota seeks a Patient Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to families, staff and providers. You’ll handle in-person and phone interactions, register and check-in patients, and gather demographic, financial information and consents.

You’ll also support clinics and assist with clinic technology as needed. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; one year of customer service experience; knowledge of medical insurance preferred and HIPAA familiarity.
