Qualifications

• Au.D. or equivalent degree in Audiology from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of related clinical experience.
• Texas Audiologist license current.
• CPR certification current or obtainable within 90 days.
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and collaborate across departments.
• Willingness to travel to the Rio Grande Valley.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship for audiologists in Corpus Christi and the RGV.
• Develop standardized protocols, best practices, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee externship program and mentor audiology students.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Texas laws and billing rules.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation leadership to grow the program.
• Deliver direct pediatric audiology care when needed during shortages.
• Travel frequently to RGV locations for onsite leadership.
