Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology degree from an accredited program required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and efficient hearing evaluations for adult and pediatric patients using standard audiology tests and pediatric procedures.
• Coordinate follow-up evaluations and referrals.
• Adapt assessment and treatment methods to accommodate diverse patient needs.
• Provide device evaluations for hearing aids, cochlear implants, and FM systems, with fitting and verification as needed.
• Document patient results accurately and clearly.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow audiology services and referrals.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to expand services and programs.
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and staffing coverage.
• Monitor KPIs for access, productivity, quality, satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance management; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to achieve financial and growth objectives.
• Promote cross-disciplinary collaboration to improve continuity of care and outcomes.
