Job summary

CHRISTUS Children’s in San Antonio, TX, seeks an experienced executive to oversee the Audiology Program, guiding clinical care, operations, finance, and strategy for pediatric patients. You will partner with Pediatric ENT physicians, lead staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, drive service expansion, and align audiology with organizational goals across the organization.

The role requires a Doctor of Audiology, 4+ years audiology experience, pediatric specialization, and leadership

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years audiology experience.
• Minimum of 3 years pediatric audiology experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a clinical leadership/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of pediatric audiology services, hearing assessment tech, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and QA/QC processes.
• Experience in pediatric audiology program development and performance management.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop clinical staff.
• Experience collaborating with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical, operational, and financial strategy of the Audiology Program.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management across pediatric services.
• Drive quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness.
• Collaborate with Pediatric ENT and other care teams to expand services.
• Develop and implement initiatives to grow referrals and patient access.
• Monitor KPIs and align the program with organizational objectives.
