Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a Registration Coordinator to join its outpatient operations. The role focuses on creating new registrations and checking patients in for scheduled and walk‑in visits across clinics, including Urgent Care, Radiology, and Access Clinic, seven days per week.

You will schedule return visits, minimize delays, communicate with patients and families, obtain signed consent, maintain infection prevention standards, and build systems to improve the patient registration

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year customer service and/or administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient return visit appointments.

• Informing of and collecting signed consent for care.
• Maintaining standards for infection prevention.
