Agape Care Group is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to join Hands of Hope, our pediatric program. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure compassionate, quality care.

You will lead collaboration across disciplines, participate in professional development, and contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented team. This role offers a strong pathway for advancement within hospice and palliative care.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited certificate, diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing and a current state license as a registered nurse.
• Experience: 3 years of nurse experience in clinical care or home health and 1 year of pediatric experience; reliable transportation; ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities
