Agape Care Group’s Hands of Hope pediatric program seeks a Pediatric Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate communication among the patient, family, and care team. You will drive the care team to ensure quality care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and a current RN license.
• Experience: 3 years in a clinical care setting or home health; 1 year pediatric experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs.

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with patient, family, and care team.
• Act as driver of the care team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited certificate, diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing and a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 3 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment and 1 year of pediatric experience required
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
