Qualifications

• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent preferred.
• Physical exam and TB test required.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical exam within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G‑tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
