Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN license or Multistate license.
• TB skin test or TB blood test.
• Valid BLS CPR (in-person)
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G‑tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
