Job Title: Registered Nurse - Pediatric Hospice Care

Position Overview: We are looking for a Registered Nurse to provide hospice care to pediatric patients in the Mecklenburg Metro region, including Cabarrus, Rowan, and Iredell counties. The role involves care coordination, developing individualized care plans, and conducting comprehensive nursing assessments to ensure comfort and dignity for patients and families.

The RN will manage symptoms, including pain control, and play a key role in family education and support, guiding caregivers through the hospice journey. Collaboration with the primary care team and contributing to team education are essential components of this role.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience with pediatrics required.
• Strong understanding of end-of-life decisions and complex equipment/procedures.
• Hospice or home health care experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required.
• CPR certification must be maintained.

Full-time positions offer excellent benefits, including paid time off and mileage reimbursement.
