MeBe Family is seeking a Pediatrician Liaison to connect with pediatric providers across Bellevue, WA and surrounding areas. You’ll be the friendly face of MeBe, sharing our evidence-based approach and guiding families to timely, high‑quality referrals.

This part‑time role emphasizes relationship building, outreach cadence, and independent work in the community. You’ll build long‑term partnerships with physicians and provider partners, manage a 4‑week outlook calendar, and coordinate events that

Qualifications

• Clear, confident written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing and/or Communication is a plus.
• Experience in health care or ABA is a plus.
• Previous work as a Behavior Technician is a plus.
• Ability to maintain and cultivate relationships in a professional capacity.
• Comfortable with daily accountability on metrics (touchpoints, events, leads, referrals).
• Self-motivated with an interest to grow with an expanding company.
• Willingness to pass WA state and FBI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build smart, consistent outreach with a structured cadence.
• Grow relationships with referral partners; explain MeBe's services and processes.
• Own territory from Bellevue, WA area; manage a 4‑week outreach calendar.
• Coordinate events that generate high-quality leads and align with goals.
• Enter and track outreach activity in the CRM; report progress to team.
• Develop or refresh marketing materials and support referrals.
