Job summary

PM Pediatric Care seeks a Regional Medical Officer to lead provider onboarding, training, and ongoing education across the region. The role ensures adherence to culture, quality, and office workflows while addressing safety, documentation, and staffing needs.

The candidate will mentor providers, manage scheduling in collaboration with the regional team, and drive performance improvement initiatives with Clinical Excellence and Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited pediatric residency program (ACGME/AOA).
• Board-certified or eligible (ABP/ABEM/AOBEM).
• Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification; licensed in the state where the site is located.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider training and ongoing education; ensure culture, quality, and office workflow alignment.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet training needs and provider productivity.
• Respond to patient safety concerns; review safety reports and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor providers and oversee quality improvement, chart reviews, and documentation efficiency.

Education

ACGME/AOA Pediatric or IM-Peds residency

ABP/ABEM/AOBEM board certification

DEA certification

State medical license
