Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Radiology Technologist experience
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Current ARRT registration
• Current Arizona radiologic technologist license
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of diagnostic radiography imaging tests as prescribed by physicians and providers.
• Determines proper techniques to ensure optimal results and calibrates equipment as required.
• Maintains and troubleshoots imaging equipment and ensures safe, compliant operation.
• Prepares and archives patient records within the RIS and communicates results as needed.
• Acts as a preceptor for staff, students, and new employees.
