Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging exams at Riverton and support Pediatric Clinic and InstaCare. You will work with radiologists and clinicians to ensure high-quality images while maintaining safety and patient comfort.

The position requires ARRT (R) certification, state licensure if applicable, and BLS. Mon-Fri schedule with a potential sign-on bonus for eligible candidates; benefits package included.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration (R) required.
• Radiologic technologist license in state of practice (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• May need Medical Assistant (MA) Competency Checklist for clinic/InstaCare duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain competency in imaging procedures and review images for quality.
• Identify patients, verify orders, and prepare exam setups per protocol.
• Adhere to radiation safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist and instruct students and other staff in exam protocols and equipment.
• Educate patients, ensure comfort, and address concerns.
• Follow infection control and sterile techniques; manage records of procedures.
