Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado in Broomfield is seeking a Radiology Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations for advanced modality imaging across multiple sites. You will lead a team of about 20 staff, partner with radiologists and modality supervisors, and ensure safe, efficient workflows and high image quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong X-ray background with experience in MR and CT, and a collaborative leadership style focused on staff development and cross-site clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and completion of an accredited radiography program.
• Experience will substitute for education on a year for year basis.
• Four (4) years of advanced modality experience; leadership experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR, ARRT Registered in CT, MR, and/or IR; CT/MRI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements annual work plans to reach goals and metrics.
• Leads department; evaluates team performance; maintains internal processes; supports customer service standards; handles escalations.
• Manages communications to the organization on projects and hot topics; maintains relationships with leadership.
• Directs day-to-day technical duties; assigns tasks; provides instruction; evaluates performance; handles discipline; hires and fires.
• Participates in budget development and monitoring.
• Works on complex projects; provides technical expertise.
• Ensures compliance with regulations; participates in safety programs.
• Delivers high quality patient care with effective exam explanations and image quality.
