Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited imaging/radiology program or completion of a JRCERT accredited Military Educational Program is acceptable.
• ARRT(RT) Certification required within 12 months of hire for Radiographer I–III.
• Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic X-Ray examinations using fixed/portable equipment per protocols and safety standards.
• Maintains patient safety and high-quality imaging standards.
• Assists with basic fluoroscopic procedures when needed.
• Prepares patients and reviews history to align tests with orders.
• Documents results in EMR/PACS and transfers images to the health system.
