Kids SPOT, LLC in Springdale, AR, seeks a full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist Lead to educate, mentor and lead a team of therapists. The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing training, and a teaching mindset to support students and clinicians.

The clinic focuses on pediatric outpatient care with diverse developmental, orthopedic, and neurologic diagnoses. A bilingual environment and leadership opportunities are highlighted.

Competenze

• 5+ years experience in Physical Therapy; preferred.
• 3+ years in pediatrics; required.
• Current Arkansas PT license.
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus, not required.
• Active Arkansas Medicaid Provider number, or willingness to apply immediately.
• Drive to continually learn and grow and maintain professional behavior.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide quality, personalized, evidence-based care and interventions to clients.
• Consult and practice with other therapists in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Assist Department Director with managing and mentoring a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and education for new clinical hires.
• Manage workflow of team to ensure balanced workloads and productivity targets.
• Serve as a mentor for clinical challenges, patient concerns, and interdisciplinary communication, quality treatment and documentation skills.

Conoscenze

5+ years experience in Physical PT
