Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Occupational Therapy, Preferred
• 3+ years in pediatrics, Required
• A current and valid Arkansas OT license
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
• Active Arkansas Medicaid Provider number, or willingness to apply immediately
• Drive to continually learn and grow
• Professional behavior
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Full time, Monday through Friday position, Flexible 4/10 Work Schedule Options

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, personalized, evidence-based care and interventions to clients
• Consult and practice with other therapists in our multidisciplinary environment
• Assist Department Director with managing and mentoring a team of OTs and COTAs
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and education for new clinical hires
• Manage workflow of team to ensure balanced workloads and productivity targets
• Serve as a mentor for clinical challenges, patient concerns, and interdisciplinary communication, quality treatment and documentation skills
