Qualifications

• Skilled PT with at least 1-year recent Pediatric experience in home health, acute care, or outpatient setting.
• Current Texas State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats children with gross motor delays and mobility difficulties.
• Documents and prepares a Plan of Care and other clinical documentation.
• Provides effective communication with patient/family and healthcare professionals.
