Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment and identify patient needs.
• Document, prepare, and complete patient Plan of Care; track progress and revise as needed.
• Plan and provide appropriate treatment for neuro-muscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders.

Skills

Effective interpersonal relations and communication skills

Knowledge of durable medical equipment

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program

Current Texas State License as a Physical Therapist
