Little Masters Development Center LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team in Queens, NY. The role provides home-based OT services to children age 0–3, collaborating with families in their natural environments and at our Flushing center.

Ideal candidates hold a NY OT license, with pediatric and EI experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Current New York State OT license required.
• Experience with the pediatric population preferred.
• Early Intervention experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual providers are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy services to children in Early Intervention in homes and community settings.
• Conduct individualized evaluations and therapy sessions based on each child\'s developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support development during daily routines.
• Maintain timely documentation and required Early Intervention paperwork.
• Support development of fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, self-help, play, and adaptive skills.
