Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for the Richmond Hope Therapy Center. The role involves evaluating patients, creating and implementing treatment plans, and coordinating care across outpatient, inpatient, and off-site locations.

The candidate will provide direct therapy daily, document progress in the EMR, and supervise PT assistants as needed. A DPT degree, state licensure, and BLS are required; 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice or eligible for traineeship/temporary license.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire for RSFH; preferred upon hire for BSMH.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals.
• Provide direct therapy daily per plan of care and current standards of physical therapy practice.
• Document care and patient progress in the EMR; co-sign for supervised PT assistants when applicable.
