Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers across California.

You will conduct developmental assessments, collaborate with families using the Parent Coaching Model, and tailor therapy to each child\'s IFSP goals in the child\'s natural environments. This position offers flexible scheduling, possible travel between sessions, sign-on bonus, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred, Early Intervention experience a plus.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy in the child’s natural environment.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to set realistic developmental goals.
• Use family-centered parent coaching to build caregiver confidence and carryover.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Write progress reports and perform re-assessments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
