Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a Physical Therapist to support a Merlin Day Academy, helping 6-14 year olds with ASD, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You will drive mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence within a collaborative care model.

The role emphasizes evidence-based therapies, ongoing education, and professional growth, with opportunities for leadership paths and mentorship within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Active IL license through IDFPR.
Experience providing PT services to children with autism or neurodevelopmental differences.

Responsibilities

Providing individualized and rotation therapy.
Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and IRM.
Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists and social workers.
Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care.
