Job summary

Eyas Landing is seeking a Physical Therapist Department Lead / Supervisor to provide therapy to children and families in clinics, schools, and homes while guiding a team of PTs. You will focus on mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence for neurodiverse clients, including ASD and ADHD, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers leadership growth, supervision responsibilities, and opportunities to advance pediatric therapy in a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Credentials to practice physical therapy required.
• Experience with children or special needs preferred.
• Ability to mentor and supervise therapists.

Responsibilities

• Providing individualized therapy.
• Implementing DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and IRM.
• Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers.
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care.
• Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists.
