Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking per diem Physical Therapists to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays in home and community settings across Sussex, Kent and New Castle Counties in DE.

Qualifications

• DE Physical Therapy license is required.
• Early Intervention experience or equivalent required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals.
• Follow IFSP and develop methodologies to reach each child’s goals.
• Coach families on intervention strategies for home and community settings.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers actively participate in intervention.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
