Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic services within early intervention programs.

You will work with families to implement IFSP goals and coordinate with a team of professionals in diverse home and community settings. The role emphasizes family coaching, confidentiality, and documentation, with opportunities to serve children from birth to three years of age in southeastern PA.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapy license is required.
• Early Intervention experience or equivalent.
• Pediatric experience.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals.
• Follow IFSP and develop methodologies to reach each child's developmental goals.
• Coach family members and caregivers on interventions for home and community settings.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants, including coaching sessions and team communication.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality of information in line with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
