Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking licensed Pediatric Physical Therapists to provide therapy to infants and toddlers in their homes or community settings. This role requires collaboration with families and other professionals to implement IFSP-driven goals.

Applicants should have a PA PT license and experience in Early Intervention. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to serve diverse communities in southeastern PA.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapy (PT) license is required.
• Early Intervention Experience OR Equivalent Experience.
• Pediatric Experience.
• Home Based Service Delivery Experience (preferred).
• Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals working with the family.
• Follow IFSP and develop methodologies for reaching each child’s developmental goals.
• Coach family members and caregivers on various intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and/or other community settings.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention.
