MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in homes, daycares, and schools. The role emphasizes patient-centered treatment, documentation, and teamwork to help children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include evaluations, creating plan of care, and inter-professional collaboration. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance; a sign-on bonus is offered for both part-time and full-time caseloads.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date.
• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence.
• Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) is a plus but not required.

Pay: $60.00–$70.00 per hour
