MedCare Pediatric delivers home-based pediatric physical therapy, providing one-on-one care in homes, daycares, and schools to help children reach their fullest potential. The role offers flexible Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN schedules, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive clinical support for professional growth.

Qualified candidates will have a PT degree, Texas license or eligibility, and pediatric experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligible before start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
• Pediatric experience preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.
• Implement plans of care using evidence-based interventions.
• Provide caregiver education and training to support progress outside therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for high-quality, coordinated care.
• Supervision of PTAs is a plus but not required.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
• Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) is a plus but not required

Pay: $60.00–$70.00 per hour
