BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for Early Intervention & Pediatrics in Sussex County, DE. The role offers flexible scheduling and reimbursement for travel, with per-visit compensation up to $90.

This is a part-time/per diem opportunity focused on pediatric home-based therapy. As a BAYADA PT, you’ll work with families to empower caregivers, deliver therapy in natural environments, and utilize electronic charting.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five or Home Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
